What Happens Next?

It's not required to order online to do business with MediaSpigot LLC. If you want a quote for a custom production or photo shoot, or need us to travel outside of the Pacific Northwest, just drop us a line from our contact page.

So you can best understand just how this process works, we've prepared this page to explain...

Step 1. Pick

There are a number of video and photo production services that can be done with a simple package. For these, we've made it very easy to select and pay for them online. Simply select what you want, add it to your cart, then complete the online check-out process.

For business packages, if you have multiple locations, you can add additional locations by adding quantities in the cart prior to checkout  

You will be required to place an order with a credit card online.

Step 2. Schedule

After you complete your order, someone from MediaSpigot LLC will contact you within 48-hours to schedule the production. It's important that you provided accurate contact information when completing the check-out process from Step 1.

Step 3. Prepare

When we arrive at your location, it needs to be ready. Please do not have our crew wait while you "tidy things up." When we arrive, we start filming/photographing. If you have a sensitive shoot location (as determined by Google rules) you will not be able to have any customers in the store during the shoot. If this is a potential issue, we will let you know at the time of scheduling. Liquor and marijuana retailers are the most common "sensitive" locations.  

Step 4. Delivery

After the shoot is completed, we will take the materials back to our office and process them for delivery. Depending on if it's a video production, or a panorama shoot, the timelines can differ. However, you will be informed of when and how the assets will be delivered. If you have any special needs in terms of delivery please let us know by Step 2, so we can prepare appropriately.

If you ordered a Google Tour, your images and panorama tour will be added to Google Maps within 7 days. Google can take several more days before the assets regularly appear in the business listing. And once they do they may start out low in the listing. We find that in short order panoramas climb to the top. Only Google controls this, however, anyone that tells you otherwise isn't being honest. 

If additional services were authorized, you will receive a final bill on delivery. 

Step 5. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you feel our work was not to your satisfaction, we will do what we can to make it right.
